Taking it easy this week, this morning I did 15' on the trainer (TT bike), then a 15' jog around the neighborhood, then a 7 mi. commute to work on the MTB.

Latter two in torrential rain! Felt like I needed a freakin' snorkel. Thee storms that N. Cal./PNW are passing down to us are short but quite voluminous. At <40 min (elapsed) and 60 F, the commute wasn't bad, almost fun. Not long enough to be miserable yet.
