I am very much enjoying my caffein free buzz. I seem to have lost my apetite along with it. Eating a cheese sandwich now, because, getting on the bike soon.
A magnificent 74° and overcast. Light wind. If my adjustment worked yesterday, I should be good for 40 miles.
