Another interesting tidbit. Since the cessation of the coffee addiction, I am sleeping more and better, and am still in hammock as we approach 9 AM. In the lead-up weeks, I had been getting up anywhere between 3 and 5, on a daily basis. Wake up, drink coffee, get going.
I put weight on my bum shoulder, this morning, without pain. I may see what it feels like on the upright bike. Restorative chiropractor appt. this afternoon.
