HOW DO I RECONNECT THE GOVERNER ON AN EMMO GT80. My sister bought it second hand does it connect directly in the controller can a simple connection be seperated that I can easily reconnect no clue how or where they are however I do have a little better than average skill. My sister is not the best driver and I would like this to conform to the law so she isn't doing 47klm an hour her reaction time ia not good enough and afraid she will hurt herself does not have funds to get bike repaired herself nor do I however I have a truck load of hand tools and skills
