Well, it looks like I just booked a super last minute trip to NYC for next week. Work stuff. But I'll be staying near Union Square and far away from my favorite bagel place. Any recommendations for bagels or pizza in Lower Manhattan?
I've not been there in years but Kat's Delicatessen on Houston St. is a classic NY Jewish deli, been around since 1888. You can get awesome sandwiches and I would be surprised if their bagels were not award winning also. It would be a 10 block walk but worth it if you have some free time.
