And I'll take the opportunity to say here what I did not say there; "Sport" is a pretty lame label for this style, practically begging for a Who's On First exchange when discussing it:
"It's a Paris-Sport Sport."
"Sport sport?"

As a newbie, I prefer your interpretation of the frame style as "Mixte".
We have one of each "variant" as defined by Sheldon Brown. Sheldon Brown's Glossary
It is much cleared to me that three sets of stays behind the seat tube would define the Mixte.
Much easier to search for instead of "Sport sport"
