Nothing gets under my craw more neighborhood-wise than the lazy people who don't tamp down their recycling on a windy day. Crap gets blown everywhere. The responsible parties should be required to police the neighborhood early Saturday morning. A close second is people who drop their dog poop bags next to others' trash. Hello! Have you not noticed that the trash collectors do not pick up dog poop bags?!?! These people need punishment as well.

I didn't know about this until I made the mistake of joining NextDoor, but some people, at least in MN, get upset by dog owners throwing poop bags in their garbage cans as they pass by on the walk. Given the alternatives, I don't understand the ire.
