A fun little Cub trick I would do is on a day with a light, steady crosswind and a grass runway is to do touch and goes with only one wheel.

Demonstrated limits at 35/40 kts for takeoff/landing, respectively. Apparently the airframe can handle more but engine airflow limits it before the airframe aerodynamics do.
