There were no eggs to be had locally for a week or so, but we've got some stock on hand, now. Some stores, like Target, are limiting customers to 1 or 2 dozen eggs.
Speaking of ramen, I saw this video last night (this guy is the chef for Good Mythical Morning) and it has me temped to experiment.
