One day, you pull up to the drive-through even though the wait inside is clearly shorter. "I just don't want to go in right now," you say to yourself. You're becoming trapped by your "heavy" lifestyle.

At the supermarket, your excuse for parking as close as possible to the entrance is more practical now. You are sincerely concerned about what the walk might do to your fragile, overweight frame.

Climbing the stairs are against doctor's orders.

Today, you feel good about yourself because you walked to the refrigerator without assistance...
