may be a Fuji frame judging by the headbadge? Any input as to the ID of this frame would be most welcome. Looks like original brake calipers at least and hodge podge of the rest. I guess he didn't have a spare front derailleur handy and note for some reason in one picture the top tube looks like it had a decal near the seat post and in another picture it doesn't. Repaint?
