Hmmm, well the Series V has that type of frame mount and it also has the mid-fork blade thread-on mount. So either the subject one in this thread is a Series V with a non-Series V fork, or perhaps a Series IV. Maybe some series IV had a fork offered with or without a fork mount. I don't know my Fujis but it seems bike manufacturers pull the old swaperoo sometimes.
