I agree that a mask probably helps some. It still makes more sense for the person with the illness to wear one IMO.
It does make sense for people who have it to wear the masks. However, since you are contagious before you are symptomatic, act as if you have the virus at all times. If you wait until you think you have it, you’ve spread it.
