I rode my Schwinn to school one day, Morgan State University. About 1976. Locked it to the pole in the center of the quad. Went in for my 11am class. When I came out the wheels were gone. They also took the wingnuts.
I think I still may have one around, may be in the junk jar of wing nuts. never fits anything.
