I've run into setups where the ascending cable rubbed against the FD spring - there was nothing I could do about it, but it didn't seem to affect function. However, I think you're routing your cable through the wrong groove of the BB cable guide. It looks like your cable is in the RHS groove, which I would use for the RD cable. Move the cable over to the LHS groove and it might lift it off the FD spring, or at least minimize contact
