I owned a Harry Quinn- not the same as this one- mine had a shorter wheelbase.
I kind of wish I did not sell it, but it would have sat for 10-15 years. Sold it long ago in the late 70's.

Quinn made all kinds of designs.
I was just asked about it's geometry, mine was 22" center to top.
37.25" wheelbase. A Clement DelMondo would not fit, it would hit the seat tube. Well, it would unless one backed out the adjuster screws, but that was not the point.
