The bike had been running more or less as is for the past two years. A few days ago I tried moving the crank and it was firmly stuck in position. Apparently the lockring wasnt clinched down enough or gave up the ghost but the adjustable cup tightened itself and destroyed itself and the 113mm 3H-B spindle. I had a sealed 111mm UN54 bb sitting around. Chainline is within 1mm so I am fine with that because it didn't cost me anything. Some cleaning, rear wheel true, and new Deda bar tape to replace the other that started separating and here we are today:
