I have a Redshift Shocktop stem on a road bike and like it. Feels a little odd at first but you quickly get used to it. Not a lot of travel, just enough to take some edge off the bumps. Also somewhat tuneable with different elastomer inserts. There are some review videos on YouTube and a thread about these on BF from last year.
