1987 Serotta Colorado

Quarantine has lead me to pulling my old Colorado frame down out of the rafters and contemplating putting it back together. The (period-correct) options I have include:
  • Campy Chorus...what I originally put on it new...which is probably why I did not ride it much because my other racer at the time was a 3Rensho w/DA. Oddly, the 3Rensho never made it to the rafters.
  • DA...already have one of those...don't need another.
  • I have a nearly perfect Shimano Sante' group off of a Bridgestone RADAC that has lived its entire life on a trainer of a dentist (yes, it is true). Everything is original except the pedals and the bar tape (he put aero-bar extensions on). I bought the bike 10 years ago for the components (it is too big for me), and maybe it is time to strip it and put it on this.
Any input would be appreciated.
