Does anyone have any experience with Bully brand security chains?

This noose chain, case hardened, tempered, is 5'6", longer than the NYNoose. I noticed the Noose was four star rated by ART, and Bully isn't submitted, so don't know how strong it is. Also, how come OnGuard doesn't make their noose mastiff any more?
