The front only needs one. You cut the fender just in front of the factory bracket to back goes on as usual. I haven't used the River City ones. I've made my own. But they look a lot nicer than mine, look clean and well done and I have heard nothing but good about them. (River City is a local bike shop and rock solid. Many of the employees and the owner ride Portland's weather.)
