Researchers at the Cardiovascular Centre at the University Hospital, Zurich, recently found that a caffeine dose corresponding to two cups of coffee (200mg) significantly reduced exercised-induced myocardial blood flow during cycling.
I've long had the suspicion that caffeine was a more significant drug than most of us thought and this looks like some justification for my ambivalence. My experience is that it does really weird things to my heart rate.

So what's the word on Creatine? My doc recons I should be using it.
