Cino Cinelli thought his unique seatpost binder style needed reinforcing so Cinelli 's have an internal
sleeve added to the seat tube. that's why Cinelli's seatpost size is 26.2 while the Windsor Pro is 27.2
I've never heard of any failures of Windsors becuz of this tho. I just think Cino overthought it
