That's what I told myself. And I looked at the ART and Solidsecure sites, and the archives here. But the Bully is 5'6" and a cinch loop/noose--so you can get a lot of length out of it. This is for a scooter and I can't park on the sidewalk, so need more room to get to a pole. The NY Noose is only 4'3". (Why post to a bicycle forum, you ask? You all seem to have a better handle on security than the scooter folks, to be frank.)

I was hoping someone else had looked into Bully. It's case-hardened, but that could still be easy to cut. I couldn't find the kryptonite noose tested in solid secure, but it did get a four star rating from ART with the NY lock. Abus has a noose too, but not rated. A lot of the different chains got four stars, which is promising.
