I am going to sell this bike but I recommend you not ride it in case something bad happens, I don't want to be sued.
Blackburn used to sell rear rack attachments for frames without eyelets. They fit thru the opening of the dropout, so "in" rather than "on" the dropout. They are removable, if you ever take off the rack.
P-clamps rotate. P-clamps scratch.
