1 should work, but bar will have to be very long....flexy?

2 looks like best to me, but will have to determine precise diameter of seat tube.

3 might not work...because v-brake is in-the-way.

4 ought to work, but looks heavy.
1. Not as big of deal as you think. The upper rack stay basically just stabilizes and really carries minimal load. But, V brake may also pose an issue.

3. Might be in the way. Looks kinda "kludgy"

4. Puts additional strain on seat post etc.
