Stem 1, I tightened to where the threads were damaged.
I replaced it, can not get it to seize, even overtorqued.
I am not using an integrated stem/bar. Standard stem.

I know you don’t like the channel-lock thing, but it does scar up the steerer so the stem clamps on well....
