With all the detailed info you gave us about your size and the bikes, then I'd say get the one that fits. <grin>

Tube lengths don't matter as much as do where the contact points of your body to the bicycle wind up. Differing tube lengths, angles, stem length, handlebar reach/drop, crank length and other things affect that that you won't know by just looking for how long the top tube is.
