I've gotten to the point on my first fixed gear road conversion where I am installing the 13 tooth cog onto what will be a suicide hub. My question, what is the proper installation of the cog? I assume the side with the flange should be installed toward the hub but if I install it opposite of that my chainline is better. Am I right, the side stamped with the manufacturer info normally faces out?
