as I understand things the 753 forkblades were similar to regular 531 in that they are "taper gauge" but said to be thinner walls and because 753 is heat treated they come pre-raked from Reynolds and cannot (or SHOULD not) be re-set. That forkcrown is very common but not sure of the brand (Cinelli, anybody?), I was just looking at a FUSO fork, yesterday, that used the same crown.
