I don’t really have an annual mileage goal, per se, but in the last few years I’ve come to expect that I’ll bike about 4,000 miles per year. That was typically about 100 miles per week for all but 1 to 2 seriously wintry months.
However, I’m a bit over that this year. Switching a few things has really improved my saddle comfort and allowed me to extend the length of my rides.
So I’ve been going more like 150 miles per week when weather and schedule cooperate, which they did for the last few months!
