I have a bike that is the right size (63 cm) and in great shape cosmetically. But the price is all wrong since you don't want to spend less than $60 and no doubt its lower quality than you want. I'm pretty sure it's a 1980 model so it's a year older than you are. It's a 63 cm Peugeot UO 9. You can have the frame/fork/HS if you want.
This frame will make a great bike to tool around town and as a lock up bike. It's comfy with a long wheelbase, slack angles, and it takes pretty big tires if especially if you run 700c wheels on it. My first good bike was a UO 10 (basically the same frame as this UO 9 with a little nicer parts) and I currently have and ride a UE 8 (an older version of this bike that came stock with lights, fenders, rack). These are really nice riding bikes if you can get over the price (free) and the fact that it's a hi tensile steel frame. The ride quality is excellent.
