You have a nice little task there. There are several routes to go, but first one has to push back or grind away where the casting has been punched to retain the pin. How tight is the pin? My feeling is that unless the pin is a slide fit or you have some experience with these things or are willing to waste the clamp, then it might be better to find someone who works in an engineering shop.
