Looks like a blind hole - bummer. Perhaps you could free-up the staking by prudent dremeling and then clamp some thin vise-grips to the exposed center and try to wrestle it out. You'd probably muck up the pin so be prepared to find a replacement. I usually enjoy challenges; however I'd probably just sell (keep?) this one for parts.
