20" front wheel is plenty strong IME, wife & I have a semi-recumbent tandem since 2007; we put about 1200-1500 miles on it together, never had to true the wheels, yet.
Besides, the front tire on that cargo e-bike looks much wider than the front tire on my semi-recumbent tandem.
