Thanks for the advice pshaw... I reckon it'd be a bloody boring way to race as well. There were a few there at the finish that were attacking through the race, them's the guys I want to sit with. Also, not knowing how to train for these races, I reckon doing as many as possible near the front should work.
Anyone got any tips for an uphill TT?
We've got one on tomorrow. 6.8km 5% (average) gradient. It's a pretty popular hill, I've ridden it quite a few times, and I know I'm pretty ****e on it.
The only real plan I have is to go out a bit easier than I usually do and not blow up 3/4 of the way up.
