Nice bikes, I was almost expecting a joke with the tittle of the thread.

One bike has a large frame with a short seat post extension, the other a smaller frame with a longer seat post extension. Do you have a preference?

My normal fit size is 58cm or 23", however, I had a 21" bike that I liked when I was younger because I felt like the handlebars way lower than the seat made me feel faster. Perhaps not so in reality, but that was the thought.
