Thanks! I like the idea of an old bullet proof low tech bike, I really am not interested in re-greasing bearings and all of the dismantling and fixing I guess comes with buying an older bike.

I guess I also didn't mention that the city I live in is HELLA-hilly. Biking from the grocery store back to my house involves a 900ft elevation climb....probably more pleasant with the new, lighter bike I'm guessing.
