Here's my take. And I guess I forgot to photograph, a few toe straps. Seems I am always breaking them! Southpaw may remember me taking more, but that is because I had a good root through his private stash as well! He sure knows how to exercise restraint.

I think I remember that Coda stem being in the BOC when it passed through my hands. I can't remember if I put Christophe toe straps in, but if I did, they had actual straps, so those weren't them.
