Bikes: 1992, Cannondale R900. Schwinn Prologue. 1991 Paramount pdg

I do not have a brand name for you but I saw a lot of them when I was a bike flipper ,700+ bikes. One of them is for center pull brakes that does not have a cable release to remove the wheel. Those look better than many of that type.
