Also would guess some OEM version of the DiaCompe from about the early 80's, just before the AGC 250 came out. At least that's what the lever looks like, the "V" on the back side where the sides fold together resembles DiaCompe. The oblong cutouts on levers, larger on the top transitioning to smaller or round holes are also similar to what I've seen. Levers may have been swapped for some reason, at least on one side, maybe to get the quick-release feature or replace a damage.

The hoods don't look familiar, possibly third party.
