Ok I'm prepping for the Nats so it was off to Penrith to see what improvements I've made since Lancefield 2005 and what I need to do to be competitive. Did the 20k yesterday in 33'8" (on The Malvern Star). Did Lancefield (22K) in 45'48" . Winning time, 33'46" (I was only 12 minutes slower ).
My equivalent from today's time for 22k: 36'87". Got some work to do but it don't look hopeless at least.
