I don't blame you at all for saying this. You know, given 5 years ago (before I came here), I would've agreed with you. But if you ever lived here, you'll understand why I said "never again". I guess after a while, the rudeness really gets to you.
Let me see, another example. I was riding along minding my own business on a bike path. A guy (probably in his mid-20's) overtakes and cuts in front of me really close to avoid some oncoming bikes. I was drinking from my bottle, so only one hand on handlebar... I slammed on front brakes and made me fall off. I was wearing gloves so I didn't get hurt at all, but that is besides the point. The guy looks back and speeds off.... I was really pissed off at first, but in hindsight, I think I might have done the same thing. Coz for all he knew, I could've beaten him up if he stopped to check on me.
Well, what can I say? Rudeness really is a vicious cycle.
