It should be a 1986, based on the graphics. Non-drive side photo, probably to hide the claw mount Shimano Light Action rear derailleur and Z-series front derailleur. However, you can't hide the nutted rear hub. While the main triangle is CrMo, the stays and forks are hi-tensile. The pedals and axle nut are rusted, so there may be a fair amount of drivetrain rust and questionable bearing races. Without a good drivetrain photo, I can't judge the mechanical condition enough to provide an appraisal.
