Generally, 7 speed Accushift should require the 4 notch Alpha freewheels. 6 speed Accushift shifters are more universal and will index shift standard spaced 6 speed freewheels, Suntour or Shimano and others. You also have different indexing modes for Ultra freewheel spacing on both models. And friction of course.
