Though you need a few more posts to be able to upload pictures into the thread, can you take a picture of the inside of your seattube that helps? Is there a true ridge inside, or is the tubing just flared a little more open at the top?
And there a several threads on decal makers. Some of them sell on ebay. Have you checked there, and messaged sellers that are in the business?
