1. Buy the hanger alignment tool.
You’ll use it more often than you think.
And your buddies will bring you beer!

2. Take bike to shop. Wait X number of weeks.

3. Remove chain, remove derailleur.
Roll bike into store and beg!
If you pass the attitude test and don’t require them to reassemble and adjust the bike, it’s a 5min fix.
pay in cash!

4. Bring buddy that has the tool….. beer.
