I bought this new in 1988. TREK 830 MB - it now has a Brooks B-67 saddle and an adjustable stem that gets the North Road bars even with the saddle and back about 2 inches closer. Ditched the fatties for 1.5" Nimbus Armadillos. Fenders off a '57 Ford with real flaps. It has the original Ovaltec up front and 18 rings. Don't laugh - it's a hill killer, and that's all I have around here it seems. Either way, it's a mile or so up hill out of the hood.
