Hmmm... maybe flip the stem so it has some rise. 100mm is a lot for a riser bar -- mine are 20 or 25 at most. It looks like you've got a lot of seatpost showing above the top tube and a tall saddle -- I hate to be "that" guy, but are you sure the frame is the right size for you?
