You’re talking about the difference between buying new and used, which is nothing specific to Pro’s Closet.
Anytime you buy used (or almost always), the manufacturer’s warranty does not transfer to you as the new owner.
Also, Pro’s Closet sells new items, such as Mavic helmets, shoes and apparel, which do come with the full manufacturer’s warranty, just as they would from any authorized dealer.
